Chinese boxing is the practical application of Kung fu. It is a boxing with hands and feet.
The kicks in Sanda were slower before; in a search for power the leg was kicking forming a circle. Now the kicks are straight and the punches still powerful, there is also grabbing...

Shaolin forms for children help adjust one's psychology. The moral characters and etiquette are held in esteem by all schools of Kung Fu masters. While stressing the development of physical prowess (and how to defend yourself) Shaolin forms also emphasize the exercise of thinking. And with our experienced teachers they are also going to have fun! And be outgoing children!
Wushu has developed a code of moral behavior: respect for human life, moral principles, moral conduct and manners. Respect for the teachers, care for each other, modesty, eagerness, perseverance, freedom from personal grudge and much more. All of them extremely useful and important in the daily life of our children.
1st class: Xiangxing quan (animal imitating boxing) from 3 to 5 years old study of animals forms on music (eagle, monkey, crane, dragon, tiger, duck, scorpion, tiger,…), animals in nature fight with their paws, tails, body...
By imitating those animals your children will learn body coordination, balance, a little bit of self defense all of it on music. It is great fun for young children.
The movements looks like a dragon flying, a tiger jumping, a clever monkey clattering, an eagle soaring, a crane standing, a snake roving, a duck waddling, a dog leaping, a rooster pecking, and a mantis wielding its forelimbs. (there is also exercises of ducks bathing, , monkey looking for food, hawks rowing, and tiger watching and walking, bear strolling, monkey sqatting.
This school of boxing imitates the forms and movements of animals with a stress on the hitting features of their movements and actions.
2nd class: from 5 (or before it depend on the child) years to 14/15 (after they can go to adult classes) your children can learn Traditional Shaolin forms (kung fu) exactly like the adults classes but with teachers experienced in teaching children. Shaolin forms are good for body development, thinking abilities (because after all when an attack does not work you have to find another one very quickly while studying the adversary weaknesses!) and develop self confidence (which is necessary nowadays!).
And Qin Na (self defense used by the army).
We always start our classes with meridian stretching (the same one used in shiatsu)
The qi moves along all the meridian and passes through all the accupoints
(points where the qi lingers temporarily) to spread all over the body, meridian stretching clear the path of qi.
Meridian stretching is a daily five-step routine that takes five to ten minutes and is good for beginners. When people do this on a regular basis, everything seems to
function much better. It helps relieve stress, and people feels that they have more energy.
There are six stretching exercises, each of which affects one pair of the meridians by stimulating its flow of energy. If the complete set of exercises is performed,
all the body's meridians will have been stimulated in turn, which should result in increased vigor and an absence of tiredness.
Before beginning the exercises, you should feel calm and relaxed.
We finish our Nei jia gong classes with a short self qi gong massage.
It helps the energy run smoothly in the body, and distributes it evenly.
And we like to finish our Wai jia gong, with a few Nei gong practice for concentration.
Since ever in China people believe in the healing power of music and here there is Yin and Yang music, music for each major organs or emotions...
The music sometimes used for Tai ji or Qi gong can be unnerving and does not help students to relax and breath (the tones are high and pitching) so we have chosen music (traditional Chinese music) that suits our students ears.
